To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tidalink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted in the App and effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Environmental Responsability

Tidalink promotes responsible and ethical wildlife observation. Users are strictly discouraged from touching, feeding, or disturbing marine animals in any way. Any use of the App must align with principles of marine conservation and local environmental laws.

11. Assumption of Risk

By using Tidalink, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with marine activities, including but not limited to encounters with potentially dangerous wildlife, environmental hazards, and physical injuries. Tidalink and its creators are not liable for any harm, injury, or damage incurred while using the App or while interacting with marine environments.

12. Wildlife Interaction Disclaimer

Tidalink does not support, endorse, or encourage the fishing, harming, capturing, or killing of marine life. The App is designed solely for observation, education, and conservation purposes. Tidalink and its creators shall not be held liable for any actions taken by users that result in harm to marine wildlife, whether intentional or accidental. Users assume full responsibility for their conduct and interactions with marine environments and are expected to comply with all applicable wildlife protection and conservation laws.

13. Content Accuracy

While we strive to ensure all information in Tidalink is accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of species identifications, dive site data, or user-submitted content.

14. Sensitive Content

Please refrain from posting content that includes graphic injuries, dead animals, or any disturbing visuals. Tidalink is a community that values respectful and educational content.

15. Compliance with Local Laws

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their actions comply with local environmental regulations, protected area rules, and diving/snorkeling guidelines in their region.
