Delete Your Tidalink Account

If you would like to delete your account and all associated data from the Tidalink app, please follow the instructions below:

⚠️ Important Warning

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover your data, including your wishlist, sightings, badges, or chat history.

Steps to Delete Your Account:

  1. Email us at support@tidalinkapp.com from the same email address associated with your Tidalink account.
  2. Include the subject line: Delete My Account.
  3. In the email body, please confirm that you want your account and all related data permanently deleted.

What will be deleted:

  • Your account and login credentials
  • Personal details (email, age, country)
  • Wishlist items, sightings, and earned badges
  • Chat and post history

Retention Policy:

We process deletion requests within 7 days. Some anonymized, non-personal data may be retained for statistical purposes only.
